          Allied Nevada Gold Corp. and its subsidiaries engage in the evaluation, acquisition, exploration,
and development of gold projects in Nevada. It operates the Hycroft Mine, an open pit, heap leach gold mine
containing silver as a byproduct of the gold recovery process, located 54 miles west of Winnemucca, Nevada.
The company also has six properties Maverick Springs, Mountain View, Hasbrouck, Three Hills, Wildcat,
and Pony Creek/Elliot Dome. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Reno, Nevada.
