        Do some more profit-taking.

         Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power
         Downtrends are broken, when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
         there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,


       
         The Nightly General Market Hotline will make suggestions about what to
         expect for the general market.  That should help you judge whether to cover
         short sales or add to long positions.

                      TISI = 21-day ma of Accum. Index.  IP21=current value of Accum. Index.   
           In general, we will cover short sales, especially if their CLosing Power downtrends are violated.
