    New Recommendations for Traders 
         Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power Downtrends are broken,
         when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,


       
         The Nightly General Market Hotline will make suggestions about what to expect for the
         general market.  That should help you judge whether to cover short sales or add to long positions.
