          New Recommendations for Traders    NONE TONIGHT.

             The research I did tonight on the HOTLINE suggests a 13% decline in the DJI if past
             volatility applies.  This past year's volatility has been twice to three times greater.
             We do not want to be in stocks that will eventually sell off as confidence erodes.
           
                  Look at the ETFs that allow aggressive short selling for leveraged ETFs
                  with a positive Accumulation index that surpass their 50-day ma.

         Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power
         Downtrends are broken above, especially when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
         there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,
