         Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power
         Downtrends are broken above, especially when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
         there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,

         The Nightly General Market Hotline will make suggestions about what to
         expect for the general market. That should help you judge whether to cover
         short sales or add to long positions.

Short Positions: Generally cover short sales if down-trending Closing Power downtrend is broken above
unless otherwise stated here.

Long Positions: (These are arranged so that the most recent are shown first.)
             Sell on falls back below 50-day ma,
             False breakouts and breakdowns by Closing Power below uptrends.

             Very over-extended stocks require closer stocks, such as a closing below a
             10-day ma. That is the basis of the Sells below.

     SILC     9.99 +.02 AI/200=178 IP21>.40 All Bullish internals. Powerful looking.

       ANV   Nevada Gold 10.02 10 is expected support

       NTL - AI/200=197 16.4 +.40    12 month high.
                   So much accumulation makes its upside potential very high!

       NWK 4.49 -.37 Broke down badly. Shows need to rigidly use 50-day ma rule
                                    especially when new Peerless Sell. AI/200=183 Seems over-done.
                                     There should be support at 4.5. If not, we may sell.

  SELL ---> TCK    33.2 -.34 Teck Comino Breakout! 29 was breakout point.
                                 Up 5 points from there. Sell. Note up from 3! and CLosing Power
                                 is not making a 12 mo high.

        SFSF 16.64 +.16    B10 - in HOTSTKS4 and now ELITSTKS

        VSAT 30. 59 -.47    IP21=.40 All Bullish.   AI/200-153

       CTXS 39.34 -.42 AI/200=175      CP rising   Citrix Systems
                                AT rising 50-dma.    38-39 is expected to be good support.

       Hold GLD 103.48 -.43   AI/200 =130

          HPQ 48.56 +.24 AI/200=162 ...the 2nd highest AI/200 in the DJI Blue CP rising.
                                         IBM is highest. HPQ was picked to buy using the Tahiti approach
                                         because a weekly chart shows it has much more Accumulation.
