                     and both Opening and Closing Power are falling.  In the key vaues display,
                     "DD" means both are down.  You can also scane for "BOTHDOWN"

                                  IP21=current value of Accum. Index.   
                    In general, we will cover short sales

                    (1 ) if they close above 50-day ma. with IP21>0.
                    or (2) if the IP21 rises above the TISI line if the downtrend in ITRS (relative Strength) is ending.

                   Usually, if they jump too fast, hold them short.  They will usually return to the 50-day ma.
                   Cover them there.  Know that some of these may be short sales again when
                   their short covering rallies are over.

                                     Another head and shoulders top.   New 50-day Stochastic Sell.  
                                     Tahiti Stock at end of 3rd and 4th quarters.  Watch for bullish breakout over 95.2
                             XOM was also #1 AI/200 DJI-30 stock at end of 1st quarter of 2008.
