                       The market is so volatile.  It would probably be best to wait for it to calm down
                        and returns to normal volatility and comes back with the normal 4% bands.
                       We want to buy stocks whose Closing Powers are rising and whose AI>0.
                       Very few stocks have these characteristics.

                    Buy stocks that are leading the rally that have sold off a long ways.
                    Stocks that show a lot of red distribution are heavily shorted.  The shorts must cover.
                              They should have rising Closing Power Lines.
                     These are recommended for purchase.  We are looking for a rally to
                     declining 50-day ma.

                                                Hold because of earlier accumulation. Now in bullish wedge pattern.
                                          Great Basin Gold, Ltd. engages in the acquisition, ownership, exploration, and
                                          development of gold and silver deposits. It owns interests in the Hollister property
                                          located on the Carlin Trend in Nevada
                                         This has been a very bad long.  Note the Closing Power's weakness.
                                         We certainly should have used this.  (Next time, we will not hold because
                                          of earlier accumulation if it  falls 10% below point of bulge.)
