                 It is by no means clear that a firm bottom has been reached.  Few stocks will escape
                 an eventual decline.  Accordingly, I recommend doing more selling.

                  Many stocks still look very bearish.  They are below all key mas and supports.
                  Look at the stocks making new lows for ones with these characteristics.
                                  Their OBV is confirming the new lows.
                                  The current Accum. Index (IP21) is below the TISI.
                                  IP21 is below -.25  and falling
                                  AI/200 is below 65

                       Buy RBCAA   27.05 +2.37
                              PMFG   52.87 +3.36

Short Positions:  TISI = 21-day ma of Accum. Index.
                                  IP21=current value of Accum. Index.

In general, we will cover  short sales

(1 ) if they close above 50-day ma. with IP21>0.
                    or (2) if the IP21 rises above the TISI line if the downtrend in ITRS (relative Strength) is ending.

                   Usually, if they jump too fast, hold them short.  They will usually return to the 50-day ma.
                   Cover them there.  Know that some of these may be short sales again when
                   their short covering rallies are over.
