Sell S1s are Sell signals for Presidential Year trading range. The 1996 market was too strong to
think it would behave "normally". Clinton's re-election was a certaintly, much as LBJ's was
in 1964. In both years, the essentiual element of the market was its upwards angle. All dips
were buying opportunities.
