1983 - Bull Marlet in All-Time High Ground

It is not unusual after a 6 months' rally for Peerless to then give a Sell.  One such signal
is only associated with a minor decline to the lower band.  It's the occurrence of multiple Sells
that longer term investors must be wary of.
