to declining volume.  
    A Buy B14 called the bottom in June.  Buy 14;s have a good track record.

Switch to bullish mode after B14.  The chart below shows a price
breakout above well-tested resistance above 185.  That represented
a base for a better assault on the earlier resistance between 185 and 195.
