          New Recommendations for Traders
None - Recent breakouts are not doing so well.
This may signify a problem with the market.
We must wait and observe more.

Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power
Downtrends are broken above, especially when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,

The Nightly General Market Hotline will make suggestions about what to
expect for the general market.  That should help you judge whether to cover
short sales or add to long positions.

Look also at the Tiger Elite Stock Professional Service for ideas.

===============================================================================
Tahiti Stocks = HPQ is now the #1 stock. AXP is #2

Back at beginning of October, HPQ was picked to buy using the Tahiti approach.
IBM had a higher AI/200 score then.  IBM is interesting now.   It is about to make
    an all-time high.

HPQ             52.47  A200=190    because a weekly chart shows it has much more Accumulation.
It has been suggested that buying at the end of October is better than
buying at the end of the 4rd quarter. This was #1 stock at end of 2009.

CVX  79.23 -.32          Hold 21 months after purchase.
                           AI/200=131

   XOM  69.11 -.57     AI/200=148  IP21<0 and below 50-dmA

Tahiti Stock at end of 3rd and 4th quarters of 2007.
These purchases should have been sold 21 months later, around 70, at end of September 2009.
XOM was also the number 1 Accum. stock in DJI-30 at 6/30/88 at 88.13.
It will be sold at the end of the first quarter of 2010.
