         Downtrends are broken above, especially when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
         there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,

                 Tahiti Stocks  -  Normally held 21 months.
. As per notice last week, because DJI broke below 8700, no stocks were bought
  using Tahiti system.  CAT is the highest AI/200 stock in DJIA.  It should have been
  recommended, at least , as a trade because of the reliability of the Stochastic-14.

  CAT 71.26  +.62   Red Sell but  CP in uptrend broken and 65-dma tested...

   HPQ   #2 AI stock in DJIA. 38.28 -.54   Still very weak!       
             Heavy distribution and declining CLosing Power.
