         Unless stated otherwise, we will cover Short sales when Closing Power
         Downtrends are broken above, especially when there is a Red Buy signal on a day when
         there is no Stocks' Hotline and on short-term breakouts,

         The Nightly General Market Hotline will make suggestions about what to
         expect for the general market.  That should help you judge whether to cover
         short sales or add to long positions.

             Very over-extended stocks require closer stocks, such as a closing below a
             10-day ma or a downwardly siz-zagging Closing Power. That is the basis of the Sells below.

                 Tahiti Stocks  -  Normally held 21 months.
. As per notice last week, because DJI broke below 8700, no stocks were bought
  using Tahiti system.  CAT is the highest AI/200 stock in DJIA.  It should have been
  recommended, at least , as a trade because of the reliability of the Stochastic-14.

             Traders should probably buyl again.
