PEERLESS NASDAQ CHART                                                                             7/13/2009                 Except for low volume and neutral Accumulation Index readings, NASDAQ chart                 seems bullish, until you realize it has achieved a 50% retracement of what it lost                 last Fall, so there may not be a lot of headroom for an additional advance.  The                 recent low was lower than the low before that and there have been two successive                 lower highs.  That weakens the technical picture, too.
