1.    Buys - using "BULLISH" in NEWHIGHS on Tiger Data Page.
using "BULLISH" in LOWPRICE on Tiger Data Page.

3.    Sell Shorts - using "BEARISH", "S5" and "S10" in NEWLOWS on Tiger Data Page.

             1.    "BULLISH" using "NEWHIGHS" from Tiger Data Page

WINA, though thin, looks good based on high Accumulation,
new high today by Closing Power and red high volume.

                  2.    "BULLISH" using "NEWHIGHS" from Tiger Data Page
Here is a test of support.  The Downtrend of Closing Power has
broken.  This was a stock tha we traded from 1.10 to 1.50 a month
ago as a Bullish Special Situation.

                 3.     Sell Shorts - using "BEARISH" in NEWLOWS"

Stocks breaking support to new 12 month lows are usually good
short sales as general market weakens.

The more red negative distribution, the more vilnerable a stock
usually is.   Deeper red levels below -.25 with the stock seriously
weaker than the DJI show insider selling.

When a stock gas not traded for a year, the Tiger CLosing Power
            is not shown properly.

You can also profitably sell short new issues that break near-term
support.  But with these, you must draw simple trendlines and
close out the position when the trrendlines are violated.  No one
has a better technical way of trading these until there has been
            much more data.
