When we work very hard to
find attractive stocks to buy for technical reasons
and come up with so few, it is best to be quite cautious. The tables
below show
the screens that were used. Note that all stocks were screened for B12s,
B24s, Bullish and New Highs. Stocks not making 12 month highs are suspect
unless internals are very good. They are lagging and a late advance is not
likely to last. A trading range usually develops after such a good advance.
So buying the highest Accumulation and Bullish stocks on dips of 20%
seem reasonable for rallies back to their recent highs..

AT this stage of the rally, I would be skeptical of stocks that only now are waking up. The best stocks are those already at or near their 12 month highs.
