The Fed is apparently not going to raise rates until after the Holiday season.
That should lift certain sectors of the market and also cause hot money to flow into
fewer and fewer stock making confirmed new highs. Confirmation means that
the AI/200 >139, IP21>.23, OBV and Closing Power making new highs,
B12s/B24s 11/8/2009 CP must be NH, AI/200>139 IP21>.24
BONT 10.95 +.11 IP21=.46 CP=NH breakout was at 10. B12/B24
HOLI 10.77 +.27 IP21=.36 CP=NH
MSPD 4.03 +.03 IP21=.25 3.75 was breakout.
MXB 32.23 +1.31 IP21=.30 CP at NH
