better initially to see which stocks are out of the gate first. Begin with such Tiger lists of data as FIDSTKS,
HOTSTKS and NASDAQ-100. Stock making new highs will probably not advance as far in perentage
as the best urnaounds. We want our picks also to have a Closing Power that is zig-zagging higher.
An uptrendline through the rising bottoms of the Closing Power works well.

                                            Downtrendline crosses at 16.64. This rally needs to
                                            get above 16.64 to be safer. That seems likely. Sell at 18.
