This a market that is at a high inflection point.
Right now there is a rally by mostly yield dividend stocks
that takes the DJI past 10700 is a possibility.

If this appeals to you, it is probably safer to trade the best
utilities on their  new red short-term Buys and Sell them
on their reversing Sells.   Here are some:

But the possibility of a decline that breaks the 9600 neckline
and brings another sell off. seems just as likely.  So shorting
some of the stocks mentioned as short sales seems a good idea,
especially, since more of these are also weak in an up- market,
which is another bearish sign, along with their weak Closing Powers.

Another scenario: the DJI may just hold up  here, trading back and forth
between 10700 and 1000 for another few months.  Holding long and
short positions in consistent with this.

Watch these stocks below and use the automatic
signals, watch for breakouts by price and
                   trend-breaks for Closing Power.
